1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Back In The Daytime website and your attendance at any events organised by Back In The Daytime (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

All attendees must be aged 30 or over unless otherwise stated for a specific event. Valid photographic ID may be required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide adequate proof of age.

3. Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued at our discretion or where required by law (e.g. event cancellation).
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted.
  • We reserve the right to change the event line-up, venue, or timings. In such cases, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
  • Resale of tickets at above face value is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.

4. Event Cancellation

If we cancel an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).

5. Conduct & Entry

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event without refund if, in our reasonable opinion, their behaviour is disruptive, threatening, or endangers the safety of others.
  • The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential reporting to the authorities.
  • Attendees must comply with all venue rules and any instructions from event staff or security.

6. Health & Safety

You attend our events at your own risk. We take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all attendees but accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by loud music, strobe lighting, or similar, please consult your GP before attending.

7. Photography & Filming

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes across our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff at the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Back In The Daytime and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back In The Daytime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events.
